Amy Wiltison
Restaurant Manager
Amy comes from a restaurant background, her parents having owned restaurants
in Philadelphia. She has worked part time at Mezza Luna for all three
owners over some eight years while following other career paths, but
was persuaded to return full time as manager and has added a much valued
front of house presence to the restaurant.

Scott Dunn
Head Chef
Scott has been with Mezza Luna for two years following a move from Marriott
Hotels. A native of Pittsburgh, he graduated at Pennsylvania Culinary
Arts Institute, and trained at Nevillewood Country Club, before moving
to Jacksonville.
