Kay Snodgrass: Bar Manager
Kay has worked at some of the best known restaurants in the Jacksonville
area and particularly at the beaches.. She came to Mezza Luna in January
2008 and brought with her a large following of loyal customers, testament
to her skills and personality. She is a creative mixologist and relishes
the challenge of a new cocktail.

Scott Dunn: Head Chef
Scott has been with Mezza Luna for two years following a move from Marriott
Hotels. A native of Pittsburgh, he graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary
Arts Institute, and trained at Nevillewood Country Club, before moving
to Jacksonville.

Ann McCollum:
Dining Room Manager
Beth Ann is a native of Syracuse, New York. She moved to Jacksonville
after a number of years in Atlanta where she was a mainstay at Vickery's
Bar and Grill, a great neighborhood establishment in Midtown. On moving
to Jacksonville with her husband and two children, she sought out a similar
place to work and ,lucky for us, found Mezza Luna where she has been since
2004. When not homeschooling Damon and Amelia, Beth Ann is making sure
that customer service in MezzaLuna is second to none.
