Owners Niall and Nancy Falloon
Niall and Nancy were partners in MezzaLuna before becoming sole owners in November 2007 . Prior to that, they owned a successful craft gallery, Hibernia, that was a beaches fixture for eighteen years and before that both had restaurant experience. Nancy helped her niece open the area’s first serious vegetarian restaurant and Niall owned and operated a four star hotel in Ireland.
 



Kay Snodgrass: Bar Manager

Kay has worked at some of the best known restaurants in the Jacksonville area and particularly at the beaches.. She came to Mezza Luna in January 2008 and brought with her a large following of loyal customers, testament to her skills and personality. She is a creative mixologist and relishes the challenge of a new cocktail.


Scott Dunn: Head Chef

Scott has been with Mezza Luna for two years following a move from Marriott Hotels. A native of Pittsburgh, he graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Arts Institute, and trained at Nevillewood Country Club, before moving to Jacksonville.


Beth Ann McCollum:
Dining Room Manager

Beth Ann is a native of Syracuse, New York. She moved to Jacksonville after a number of years in Atlanta where she was a mainstay at Vickery's Bar and Grill, a great neighborhood establishment in Midtown. On moving to Jacksonville with her husband and two children, she sought out a similar place to work and ,lucky for us, found Mezza Luna where she has been since 2004. When not homeschooling Damon and Amelia, Beth Ann is making sure that customer service in MezzaLuna is second to none.
